One for you and one for me..

The other day Salma wanted to feed her little sister Kelsey. Well nothing bad with that. Soon, Salma realized that it smelled good and wanted to give it a try. It was "yummy" as she said, and that is when it started one spoonfull for you and one for me.

P.S. She is a lefty.

Abuelo

My dad recently celebrated his 60th birthday. We all got together to sing him happy birthday.

This past Valentine's

That is how we celebrated Valentine's Day. Salma and I prepared breakfast and later chocolate covered strawberries.

There is Kelsey, my dad always gives her breakfast.

baby K

She loves it when I give her a book to "read." Today she said "BYE" to my Dad (we clearly heard it) when he kissed her bye. My dad and I looked at each other with surprised faces and wanted her to say it again, but of course that did not happen. Later, my mom was telling her the colors in a book and she said "AZUL."

I gave her the waffle for breakfast. I wanted to know what she would do with it and she just smiled at me.

Random

Here she is, trying to keep her busy and not letting her watch to much t.v.

Having her morning bottle before her nap.

Lately, Salma wants to play with her little sister in her crib.

Flashback Friday (Happy Birthday Felipe)

Here is a picture of 12 years ago!
I love you honey,

Happy Valentine

We (Salma and I) did something special for breakfast (Heart-shaped french toast). I will be posting the pics later because they are in my mom's camara.

Baby K enjoyed her breakfast very much. My Dad always give her breakfast. She keeps making funny faces every time he gives her something to eat. Sweet.

Bonding with Tia "PALOLA"

Lots of hugs and kisses. My sister and her children were living in Peru for the last year. She could not be here for Baby K's birth day. We sure missed them a lot, but now that she is back, they are bonding and getting to know each other.
Not so hard to do it when her auntie gives her goodies to eat and wants to hold her all the time.

Sunday Breakfast

Me: "Salma what would you like to have for breakfast?" (I always know what the answer is going to be)
Salma: "Mmmm... How about PANCAKES!!"
Me: "Sure.... Do you want to make a happy face?"
Salma: "Yes, but I wanto to do it myself"

That is the phrase theses days "I want to do it all by myself"

I wanted to make something special for her since she was starting to feel sick. Poor thing, I took her to the doctor yesterday because she was getting an ear infection. Now, there is lots of "drama" everytime I have to give her ear drop medicine.

Happy kid.

This time, she is making one happy face pancake for her grandma Z.

Speaking of cutties, Little K was looking at her plate and did not what to do for like 7 seconds, then she realized it was food and began to enjoy it (juicy mandarins)

11 months old.

God bless her. She is so sweet and lovely.

Do I look like my Daddy??

These days, she is learning to get up by herself when she is in her crib or corralito, sometimes she starts crying because once she is up, she does not know what to do.
She eats a lot. She is trying a lot of new foods and wants to eat whatever we are eating.
